The client was looking to lease a large space for an indoor climbing business in the City of Vancouver. The client wanted to secure a 10-year lease, plus additional options, without a demo clause. With our understanding of the industrial leasing market in the Lower Mainland, we knew that with the client’s budget, we were not likely going to find a location within the city limits of Vancouver. Because we spent the time to develop trust, the client appreciated our guidance and was willing to expand their search to other communities. We worked with the client as they wrote over five offers and visited nearly two dozen locations before securing their current location. It was a long process, however we provided guidance at every step, helping our client feel confident when they signed on the dotted line. The process was such a success, we worked with them to secure their fourth location!
